ENGINEERING & SERVICE DEPARTMENT

One of the major departments of Etab Inter- Medica Plc. Is Engineering & Service Department with qualified & Experience Engineers & Technicians who are exposed to regular training programs in their respective fields and equipped with advanced Installation & maintenance Equipment supported with efficient system in place so as to update their skills and perform Installation, Repair in-house and at field,

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Major responsibilities of the Department include,

-Professional engineering support prior to machinery need identification

-Inspection & Installation of Delivered Equipment

-Educate customers on operation & maintenance to Users & Engineers

-Documentation and trucking of purchased and Distributed machineries

-Provide optimum In-house & Field maintenance Services

During our service years, the Engineering & Service Department, proved to our customers & our principal’s that they are efficient, disciplined and perform their duties with high level of skill and professionalism which is reflected in the various Certificates of Appreciation acquired so far.
